“My passion as a therapist is rooted in helping others recognize and fulfill their potential, while navigating life’s inevitable challenges. I view going to therapy as a chance to be “selfish” in a world where we are often consumed with fulfilling obligations outside of ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity for clients to invest in themselves, take time to process their feelings, and reflect upon events in their lives. My approach as a therapist leans heavily on evidence based practices, and is tailored towards the individual needs of each client. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is critical for the client to experience the best outcomes. I take that relationship very seriously. Give me a call!”
